Something is eating the morning glory leaves. I haven't figured out what yet. I like how the purple looks against the very weathered fence.
All of the hostas are putting up blooms.
I found a few plants on Lowes 50 cent table that looked half-dead. I'm trying to revive them. This one is blooming.
The green gazebo has been so nice to shield the sun. It also helps shield my patio door from all this recent heat.
This bush/shrub (not sure what it's called), Israel brought to me. Two pots that he'd dug up that the manager told him to toss.
Instead he brought them to me. I replanted them in good soil, trimmed them way back, and they're looking quite healthy now.
The patio is lush with all the plants. This is the time of year when many plants die back from the horrid heat. But I cut them all back in the fall, and many come right back.
It is a feast to my eyes to go out there and walk among the different gardens I've created. Vegetables, fairy gardens, water gardens, flower and herb gardens. It all makes me happy.
