It has rained a lot here. I guess that goes along with "April showers bring May flowers."
Abi seems to be feeling a bit better. She had a pain pill twice a day the first three days, and now is taking one a day.
But my Charlie boy seems to be doing fine. I love how he lays on his tummy with his legs spread out behind him.
He is watching out the front door for anything menacing, like a cat or squirrel. And if one appears, he is fully ready to go into a full throttle rage barking fit.
I moved Ms. Red Lips. Here she gets more light and you can see her features much better.
Speaking of light, I wanted you all to see this rather odd sight. In the morning when I have the storm door open, the sun shines on the drawer pulls and lights them up.
Kind of cool, huh?
I find that I am enjoying the white, yellow and purple shades of flowers on my patio. I didn't choose just those colors on purpose, it just kind of happened.
Normally I just pick a variety of colors.
But I think I may stick to this palette for now. It gives a sense of continuity to a small space that I find rather inviting.
