Apartment Tour: A Victorian In Oakland

Someone commented that they missed the apartment tours I used to do. So today that's what I have for you.

Caitlin and Dave and their cat have lived in their 950 square foot apartment for several years.

Caitlin loves nature and wilderness, something that was fostered growing up on the northern coast of California.

Caitlin and Dave found that there was a competitive rental market in the Bay Area, and their search for a home took some time.

They were so happy to find this apartment with its hardwood floors, eat-in kitchen and wonderful light.

They call their eclectic home a work in progress.

There are all sorts of whimsical sights to see. Lots of botanical influences and posters of birds and butterflies.

Both visual artists, Caitlin and Dave says it's very important to enjoy every moment in their apartment.

They are happy to have a large living space that also serves as an art studio for Caitlin. And where photographer Dave can shoot inside photos.

I hope you enjoyed Caitlin and Dave's Victorian Eclectic apartment.
